The challenge

Pharmacy Funding is a specialist finance brokerage helping UK pharmacy owners access commercial funding — covering everything from short-term bridging loans to complex seven-figure deals. The sector is niche, and the audience is sceptical: pharmacists and healthcare business owners looking for finance need to trust who they're dealing with before they pick up the phone.

The brief was to build a site that communicated credibility, made the range of funding options immediately clear, and converted visitors into enquiries — without drowning them in financial jargon.

What was built

A clean, professional multi-section marketing site designed to walk a pharmacy owner through the proposition logically: what funding is available, who it's for, how much, and why this broker. The design is deliberately conservative — finance clients expect credibility, not creativity.

Key sections include a hero with a clear value proposition and funding range, a services breakdown covering different funding types (stock finance, property purchase, refurbishment loans, bridging), a "who we work with" section, and a streamlined enquiry form that captures the essential details upfront.

Design decisions

The colour palette is deep navy and clean white — professional, trustworthy, and deliberate. No gradients or decorative elements that would undermine confidence. Typography is spaced and readable, because the audience is time-poor professionals reading on desktop in an office context.

CTAs are kept consistent and non-pushy: "Find out more" and "Get in touch" rather than aggressive sales language. The goal is to qualify leads, not to create pressure — the deals in this sector happen over multiple conversations, not instant clicks.

Technology used

Built in pure HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. No framework overhead — this keeps the site fast (sub-second load time), easy to maintain, and gives full control over every element. Hosted on Netlify with a custom domain, SSL, and form handling via Netlify Forms.

Result

A site that presents a specialist finance broker as a credible, established business — building the kind of trust that prompts a high-value professional audience to make an enquiry.
